2020 Exploration Plan - Scottie Gold Mine Project

Drilling will be the main focus for exploration on the Scottie Gold Mine and Bow Properties during the 2020 field season. Drilling in 2019 confirmed that the Scottie Gold Mine was neither mined out or drilled off, and that mineralization remains wide open. Hole SR19-13 intersected an extension of the historic M Zone, with assays including 7.27 g/t gold and 3.83 g/t silver over 25.02 m, which includes 11.72 g/t gold and 5.83 g/t silver over 10.95 m. Drilling in 2020 will continue to step out at depth and along strike.

The Bend fault has been traced for more than 700 metres on surface and is currently open to west-southwest. Drilling 2019 intersected 73.32 g/t gold and 71.01 g/t silver over 4.28 m core length, which includes 152.5 g/t gold and 143.56 g/t silver over 1.89 m (SR19-11), confirming the high-grade nature of this structurally controlled high-grade vein deposit. Historic drilling has only tested a small portion of this mineralized structure, so drilling in 2020 will focus on significant step outs to test geophysical and geochemical anomalies, as well as testing plunge controls on the high-grade ore block.

Drilling in 2019 intersected a potential splay off of the surficial exposure of the Blueberry Vein, with SR19-20 intersecting 7.44 g/t gold and 1.29 g/t silver over 34.78 m, which includes 14.29 g/t gold over 14.00 m. This zone remains completely open to the north and at depth and will be a priority drill target to follow up early in the 2020 field season.

Exploratory drilling is also planned on our exceptional targets on the Summit Lake Property. The Domino Zone is a high-priority drill-target as surficial rock sampling in 2019 produced bonanza gold values of up to 536 g/t, with a chip line across the main Domino structure returning 10.5 g/t gold and 14.0 g/t silver over 5.3 metres.

A 3 kilometre-long Induced Polarity (IP) survey is planned over the Summit Lake and Scottie Gold Mine Properties. This will help test several east-west gold-bearing structures that have been identified over a strike length of 2.5 kilometres between the newly discovered Domino Zone and the historic Scottie Gold Mine deposit. The objective of this survey is to determine whether a larger mineralized system exists across this mineralized fault system.  An IP survey is also planned over the Bend Vein structure to delineate future drill targets.

A high-resolution airborne electromagnetic (EM) survey is also planned for the Summit Lake property to improve the quality of data and identify new exploration targets.

Mapping and Prospecting:

Scottie Resources’ geologists will continue mapping and sampling the several high-grade mineralized areas discovered during the 2019 field season to advance targets to a drill-ready state. Prospecting will also continue in ice-loss areas that have never been examined during previous exploration programs.
