The focus of the 2020 field season for the Cambria property is preparing our high-priority targets for drilling. Detailed mapping and sampling are planned on the following targets:
Portland: Field work will focus on delineating the northern extension of the mineralized Redcliff-Montrose trend. Geologists will also work in areas of ice-retreat on the eastern portions of the property to investigate recently exposed outcrops.
Barney: A 100 metre long north-south mineralized zone contains massive arsenopyrite and pyrite. Sampling in 2019 from this structure produced up to 24.1 g/t gold.
Black Hills: This past-producer produced 53 tonnes of sorted ore with an average grade of 1.17 g/t gold, 5658 g/t silver, 16.1% lead, 2.92% zinc, and 0.41% copper. Sampling in 2019 within the Black Hills area returned up to 0.392 g/t gold, 5210 g/t silver, 12.4% copper, 6.5% lead, and 8.9% zinc and identified several soil anomalies.
Blue Goat: The newly discovered Blue Goat showing consists of parallel quartz-carbonate veins with sampling in 2019 returning up to 5380 g/t silver, 8.22 g/t gold, 8020 ppm copper, 3.5% lead, and 30% zinc. The Blue Goat area is believed to be on trend with Blue Grouse past-producer which produced 11 tonnes of sorted ore with an average grade of 4125 g/t silver, 17.6% lead and 19.9% zinc.
